The fried dumplings
Ingredients: 1 kg flour
00, 500 ml milk, 50 grams butter, 4 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 packet of instant yeast
Preparation:
-mix well-
let stand for 30 'minutes

-cut diamonds or rectangles of about 5-10 x 10 cm
-fry in a large (at least 1.5 liters) of oil seeds
-school and serving hot dumplings: very good with salami
